My friend used to stream the occasional rugby match but none of the streams load any more on Brave browser and the streams are unwatchable with pop ups and new tabs opening using Chrome or Firefox.

I'm told that a vanilla Firefox installation with noscript and ublock origin might still work. Apparently a VPN is often required.

Apropos of nothing, I just returned from my uncle's memorial service in Edinburgh. He was a teacher at Merchiston Castle for many years and very involved with rugby there. I met Fraser Brown's dad. I imagine the list of Merchiston alumni who played for Scotland has a few names on it.

It's about 300 acres of average quality arable land, house is probably close to £1m. I'd say a little under £5m total.

90% of farms in the UK are less than 500 acres.

59% are less than 123 acres.

The price will drop off it's no longer a tax dodge. Won't effect working farmers, except to reduce their tax bill. And perhaps make farming more accessible again.

£200k is a very straightforward mortgage to get on a £4m property I suspect, and won't require a huge income either.

My niece and her other half own a bakery and it's going well. Gail's tried to buy them out but they know they are outselling the local Gail's significantly.
