It's leaping out of my telly and inspecting the decor it's so dayglo.ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:45 pm Straya have ditched the canary yellow and thrown a big load of Australian Gold into that jersey.
Cheers. Thats impressive, should have watched. Well done, Oirish!ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:36 pmIf anything he’s being generous to NZ. Ireland dominated every aspect of that match. Better in every department. A couple of crucial turnovers saved NZ blushes on the scoreboard. Ultimately we barely deserved to come second in that match.boere wors wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:25 pmSerious answer, appreciate it! I had only watched the first 15min or so, Ireland looked hungry and pumped, but NZ scored an easy try. Great that they pulled through. And in such a convincing way.JM2K6 wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:19 pm
They bullied NZ from the start, probably should've scored 2-3 more tries but shot themselves in the foot or NZ managed to heist crucial turnovers on their own line. NZ looked and played like a team of individuals. The backline continues to be weird with Reiko at 13 and no cohesion at all. There were negative levels of leadership on display from the Kiwis, and they lacked a bruising carrier or two and only really looked dangerous when afforded loads of space.
Ireland were excellent, aggressive and attacking right from the start, and never let up.
This match felt as one sided as the Scotland/SA game, or the world cup final - the scoreline flatters NZ.
Well played Spuddies.
I love the first nation jerseys; but the crunchy colour is niceScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:45 pm Straya have ditched the canary yellow and thrown a big load of Australian Gold into that jersey.
You could turn the lights off in the stadium and still make out that Aussie team clearly.Hal Jordan wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:46 pmIt's leaping out of my telly and inspecting the decor it's so dayglo.ScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:45 pm Straya have ditched the canary yellow and thrown a big load of Australian Gold into that jersey.
This is where we need Chins to come out of retirement and put his photoshop skills to use.
That doesn’t sound like Youngs at all.
And I thought there was a shortage of butchers in England ?JM2K6 wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:55 pm Appalling by Youngs after the ref misses an England knock on. These kick offs are good.
Why can't he be a Tory donor? There's not an Englishman alive who would object to a highly illegal bung sticking him in the Lords or something. Anything but this.fishfoodie wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:56 pmAnd I thought there was a shortage of butchers in England ?JM2K6 wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 5:55 pm Appalling by Youngs after the ref misses an England knock on. Youngs shows that just isn't so
Penalty is typically when it collapses or a front row pops up to avoid it going further back.Blackmac wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 3:50 pmThe scrum was a way of restarting the game and considered a contest for the ball. Often penalties are given when the scrum is just pushed back. You explain where the illegality is in that.Uncle fester wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 3:47 pmSilly argument. If a one team is negating another team's superiority through continually conceding penalties, they need to be punished.Blackmac wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 2:37 pm
It's the scourge of the modern game. Where is the illegality in just being beaten by a stronger pack. The whole idea of the scrum is a contest for the ball with one team having the advantage of the put in. It's has just been bastardised into this bollocks and its terrible for the game
It's like the arguments you see when a defender takes the head off a player legitimately diving for the line to score. Do it legally or don't do it at all.
NZ showed two years ago that the dual play maker idea was shit.Hal Jordan wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 6:00 pm Can Farrell please fuck off out of the 10 channel, especially on left to right plays?
He usually flies in, probably been told to rein it in a bitScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 6:00 pm I know he’s only new to the international game but Smith is looking tentative in making a tackle and worried about getting minced in contact.
Is that when we beat you with dual playmakersScarfaceClaw wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 6:01 pmNZ showed two years ago that the dual play maker idea was shit.Hal Jordan wrote: Sat Nov 13, 2021 6:00 pm Can Farrell please fuck off out of the 10 channel, especially on left to right plays?
