Be interesting to get predictions on what people think the aggregate score will be over the 3 tests.

How many will go for South Africa to score >150pts?

Count me in for that prediction!

Aggregate score after test series;

South Africa 159 - 76 Wales

Seems a bit generous to Wales tbh.
I can't see us scoring 30 in one of the matches.

The Saffas will play their development team in the third dead rubber test.

Allowing for the Wales Online spin, Saffa's are right to pay the current Wales team no mind. They got beaten by a crap England and a plucky, but still not particularly good, Italy in the 6N and the regions are dogshit. While Pivac doesn't seem to have the ability to get the national team playing above the sum of its parts like Gatland and Edwards did.

One of the first two tests might be a little tighter than expected, but it's hard to see past a comfortable 3 - 0 series win.

Nienaber and Rassie have talked about Wales being physically tough before, I think that's a genuine view they have. I was at the Wales v Boks test at the end of last year, didn't think the Boks would lose at any point but it wasn't a walk over.

"The South African" started as a free newspaper in London (UK), it seemed to be mostly SA focused adverts or articles that were clearly also paid content/adverts. That business model failed and they went online. So now they're an online only offer and it's hard to make out what demographic they're targeting, a sort of tabloid for English speakers? They're not doing much journalism in SA whatever they're attempting. It's low information click bait probably typed by someone in the UK. I don't think "The South African" is part of the SA press really.

Added to which, they have decided to make these tests an extension of AWJ's farewell tour, and we all saw how well that went against Italy. I can only assume he has told Pivac he wants to end with a win, so he will carry on at least until the game against Georgia in November.

The Italy game was pathetic from AWJ, this all reflects poorly on him. Just retire and piss off to talking shit on the BBC's 6N coverage.

As a Canadian, I've heard that countless times. When you're a shit team, the best the opposition can say is "they always bring physicality"...

... so, to Wales, welcome to the second tier.

I don’t get this retiring stuff, I’d want to play and cash the cheques for as long as I could. The coach should have the courage to drop him.

Wales have always been great for enjoying their history.

Or in AWJ's case, just cash the cheques because it seems like he doesn't play much non-international rugby. Not far off being Wales' equivalent of Sexton.
