Are you an Ali's Choice multi?

He is making exactly the same whinge on PR.

For a serial trolling twat to complain about being banned is a bit comical Ali.
Why have you dragged me into this debate? Who the f**k do you think you are? Not only am I not Muttonbirds but I thought this was a separate forum to Planet Rugby?
Well said he is a shit stirrer
You referring to me ?

You both talk enough shit to fill many a shit lagoon on both forums.

This is a major problem on the internet imo.

People believe that being closed minded and stubborn is better than being open minded and flexible. Winning arguments is seen as more important than winning people over.

And its all about the messenger instead of the message. Im sure I am black listed with that poster now and we could never again find common ground on any issue .

If I said water was wet they would find a reason to disagree. Im on the other team now to them. im a bad guy with nothing positive to offer on any topic and all my opinions are compromised. I pre warned about his whole thing in my first post in the thread and within a handful of posts back and forth my point had been proven.

Perhaps both of you can move on - or start a thread about it.

This is about PR, not but-hurt

Because comparing Biden (or Trump) to Peter Suttcliffe (or Hitler) has some other implication?

As I said, this is probably better discussed on the Trunp thread.

Isn't it best to move posters on early, or for posters to move on early to save the pain and anguish of it happening at a later stage?

I’m upset and disgusted that you should attack me to strongly imply that I compared anybody to Hitler. I never have.

It was fatcat that raised the comparison with Peter Sutcliffe and Hitler.

Fangle, while I don't disagree with your overall opinion on Rinkals' posting, in this case it did seem like you jumped in while Rinkals was having that argument and may have taken the response the wrong way. No-one thinks he was saying you came up with that line, just that it a bizarre argument to begin with. Rinkals is not saying you compared anyone to Hitler, but expressing his confusion over fatcat's post and subsequent criticism.

"You" have have, yes, been wrong for the last 2020 years*, to borrow your phrase. Homophobes (and antti-LGBTs) such as you should be unwelcome on any decent chat forum.

* is that 2020 year thing a reference to evangelical christian sky-fairy beliefs?

I will leave it to the moderators to show some spine on this.
Bloody hell - you are the little boy who runs to the teacher at the slightest provocation, aren't you? In fact, I think you even make up stuff to run to the teacher about.

Read back and see how you've manipulated this chat to the point where you have started bawling - it's pathetic.

Oversight from whom?

Who elected you spokesperson for the LGBT community? your views are subjective to you, yet you accuse another poster of being homophobic simply because they don't agree with your narrative, that does not sit well with me at all.

You cannot enforce diversity, you cannot shut down free speech simply because you disagree with what is being said. If in the end you cannot come to terms with that and how things are run here, you are free to leave anytime.
OK.

So being pro LGBT is shutting down free speech - is that what you are actually saying?
Im pro LGBT too . But you treat it like a dogma. If my son or daughter was gay ..fine . if they brought home a trans friend ...come dine with us .
Id hire a competent trans person for a job, id use any pronoun they asked me to use. Absolutely no problem at all about anyones sexual proclivities. Its great. I wont agree we need 15 types of toilets so Sam Smith can take his fancy from week to week , nor will agree to children being given hormone therapy to transition when they have no autonomy on the issue. You seem to treat it like like its completely uncontestable on every level from who you sleep with to what can we joke about . I say no, there are shades of grey, nuance and items open to debate.
Good post.

And there I was, thinking I had made it very easy for Rinkals to see the silliness of his repeated arguments about Trump vs Biden, where he continually tries to imply that someone MUST be a Trump supporter if they think Biden is the worse of the two. But nope, it was too taxing for him.

Hey Rinkals, you said - "What I find slightly concerning is the people who claim not to be Trump supporters, but then imply that Biden would be worse."

I asked - "Who was worse - Peter Sutcliffe or Hitler?"

Have another think about it. And just to be clear I'm not comparing Trump or Biden to either Sutcliffe or Hitler.

I was talking about Biden being unfavourably compared to Trump and Fatcat suggested that it is like comparing Peter Sutcliffe to Hitler.

As Hitler is not known for being a long distance lorry driver, I assumed that reference was being made to them both being mass murderers.

Hence, I said that any discussion on whether Biden is a mass murderer should be taken to the Trump thread.

Which precipitated the opprobrium.

I do have issue with Fangle on this matter, though, because he claims not to be a Trump supporter, but feels that Biden is worse. Or just as bad. Or something.

I cannot see how you can claim not to support Trump, yet refuse to vote for Biden; in all practicality your withholding your vote is essentially enabling the incumbent.

Yes. That was the point of my post originally where I noted that the PR thread on Trump had advanced ten pages while the NPR one had seen less than ten posts.

My mistake was making any reference to Trump, even indirectly.

@Fangle, as JMK notes, it was you that attacked me. If you are happy to support your President in his bid for a second term (or third or forth, for that matter, should he live that long), it really is no skin off my nose.

My mistake was referencing the Trump thread to illustrate this.

This is a major problem on the internet imo.

People believe that being closed minded and stubborn is better than being open minded and flexible. Winning arguments is seen as more important than winning people over.
People seem broadly more aggressive on the internet. From parents emailing schools to the toxic mess that is twitter. I recall reading that the brain processes information from screen differently to real life. I have often wondered if there is a root connected cause that links internet aggression and say road rage. I mean I've seen plenty of calm, chilled out people get loud and pissed when driving their cars.
