Why do they keep kicking for posts. Try getting some tries dammit. Libbok wants kicking practice i guess.

Both teams should be deducted points at the start of their RWC pools for those abortions of strips.

Esterhuizen should start ahead of De Allende at this point I think. Both Arendse and Moody have put their hands up for a wing spots over the last few games. Faf should not start either on current form.
Will be interesting to see the team against the AB's. I will wait till that game to see how positive\negative i am about our WC chances.
I just do not have the positive vibes of 2019 for this campaign at this stage.
They have to work very hard on the penalty issue, 3 games in a row that we are leaking penalties at an alarming rate.

He’s a leader. Apparently._Os_ wrote: Sat Aug 05, 2023 9:06 pm Jean-Luc du Preez > Deon Fourie

They're going to take Deon Fourie to the RWC.
Stormers players look the worst in this squad: Fourie, Dwebe, Orie, Roos, Herschel.
Plus Mostert.

You should compare him with a 7 , Mostert or PSdT not with all the Stormers._Os_ wrote: Sat Aug 05, 2023 9:06 pm Jean-Luc du Preez > Deon Fourie

The difference between last week and this week was Fourie. A proper 6 that slow their ball down and poach.

The backrow of 6 Fourie 7 JLdP 8 Roos worked really well in the second half. Defence and attack. Mostert is a better lock than blindside, Wiese is usually awol

Agreed, problem with Wiese as well is that he is not a tall eight, so just adds to his issues at lineouts.boere wors wrote: Sun Aug 06, 2023 7:20 am The backrow of 6 Fourie 7 JLdP 8 Roos worked really well in the second half. Kolisi for me play like a 7.
Fourie look pretty good when he take over as captain.
