There's a lot of pride in Millerton high. I can't think of a single kid amongst my boys friends who is a doos. All great boys that are academically driven. Also they do fantastic community projects. My wife is involved in these. We are also involved in fund raisers .So we are in very deep. But that is the whole community there. Of course a lot of the parents don't have the time or resources to get involved but there are great support groups.

I think it's largely decided...or at least, I hope it is. If we stray from our usual 5-3 bench split I'll be really concerned.

Whitelock and Retallick could swap spots, and maybe Nepo in for Newell?
Hinton has predicted correctly the team last two matches... Nepo in to brace the scrum second half... lets hope he doesn't have to catch the ball. Samisoni over Coles too? Probably stronger scrummager...

NZ written off by most after the SA and France losses... but one good match against Ireland and suddenly everyone thinks they have a chance again... which they do... I hope the rain holds off...
Possible All Blacks team for World Cup final: Beauden Barrett, Will Jordan, Rieko Ioane, Jordie Barrett, Mark Telea, Richie Mo’unga, Aaron Smith; Ardie Savea, Sam Cane (capt). Shannon Frizell, Scott Barrett, Brodie Retallick, Tyrel Lomax, Codie Taylor, Ethan de Groot.

Reserves: Samisoni Taukei’aho, Tamaiti Williams, Nepo Laulala, Sam Whitelock, Dalton Papalii, Fin Christie, Damian McKenzie, Anton Lienert-Brown.

Try to tell you a week is a long time in rugby. You are welcome to underestimate the Springboks. Keep going.
I would never underestimate the Springboks. As above, I am just noting the momentum of both teams and the shift in momentum.

Also, Malcolm Marx is a huge loss for SA, particularly when facing the All Blacks.
A Springbok team with his back against the wall is a dangerous animal.
But is their back against the wall really? They snotklapped the ABs before the tournament and have danced around France and England to make it to this point.

The real rugby starts now and to me the Springboks look tired of it all.

One thing NZ will have to manage is Nenabar has essentially named two forward packs. I don't like it at all because it's an admission you have gone the way of England and given up on rugby but still, NZ will have to negotiate two forward packs.

Also, SA had a day less to prepare for this match which has to be an advantage for NZ.

Also, no Susie this time.

Also, SA will find it difficult to buy the ref, because he's an accountant.

If you are naming that team because of a weather forecast then you have already lost the game.

Of course it is.

1. We beat NZ in a warm up game. Does not really count. In the RC, you won comfortably.
2. One less day to recover after a much more physical semi final.
3. Scraping through the knockouts with 1 point victories.

Nice try. If the warm up game didn't count why did SA risk Marx playing? He is their only weapon against the All Blacks.

Two ways of looking at it. Rain has no impact and if your skills are high enough blah blah. Rain makes handling more difficult and more risky to play certain ways.

Boks have taken the latter approach, probably in response to the semi. They're going with kicking and the forwards.

Could give the ABs an advantage if they can get the ball through the hands, they'll be more used to the conditions than many of the Boks.

Less than 2 hours to be inevitably disappointed that we have BB starting at 15, Sam Cane at 7 as captain, and that we have Finlay Christie on the bench.
