Shit crowd for a Supe Round.

Wouldn't be surprised if AAMI Stadium hosts more players and staff than paying supporters this weekend.

Crusaders are far too careless with their ball possession tonight.

Brilliant young player. Just hope he can stay injury free...
Roigard and Fakatava will look good in black this year.
Yep, that's ideal for me, too.
I third that

Then we have youngsters like Ratima, Roe, and Hotham coming through quite nicely.

Roe bombs it totally. He'll take some serious flack in the locker room post-match

Chiefs ahead 25-7 at HT.

Their loose forwards are all playing very well. Finau is a beast. Great in the lineout, too.

Chiefs win it 46-12.

Lots to like about this squad.

If he were playing for the Sadists the clamour to make him an AB would be deafening.

Canes need to finish better (so do the Chiefs to be honest; we let 2 certain tries slip)

After a string of consistent Super Rugby seasons, Finau was rewarded in 2023 by being named in the All Blacks squad for the Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship.

Swing and a miss there Enzo.

I’m telling myself this is all for the greater good of the ABs

But I’m suffering a touch of sellers remorse.

Drua v Saders 10-all at HT in Lautoka.

Ragged first half, but it's great to see Sevu Reece looking so sharp again.

Not sure what happened at that scrum early in the half when the Drua monstered the Cru but then things seemed to settle down.

Fucking Drummond with the ‘cute’ little chip kick when hot on attack.

It’s been so long since I actually watched a game that I’ve lost all understanding regarding what and how a forward pass is ruled.

Or otherwise.

Drua win 20-10.

Saders start the season 0-3 for the first time since the first Supe season in 1996.

Peter Lakai could turn out to be the silver lining of Ardie's sabbatical. Terrific young player.

Perofeta muffs his goal kick so no bonus point for the Blues.
