Have any of the better comedians / photoshoppers from the old bored come over? Saw a football thread like this and even though I didn't know much of the context, still had a few laughs.

How else can Simpsons scenes poke fun at rugby?

1995 Rugby World Cup Semi Final

Will Carling (as Bart) watches Underwood get steamrollered by Jonah.

Bart, "This is the worst day of my life"

Homer, (Zinzan) "This is the worst day of your life so far", - drops goal

"You STINK, Gibson! We want a better Kiwi coach!"

"Darrrrr-yl .... Darrrrr-yl...."

{sniff} ".... maybe I'll run away to Fiji, see if anyone needs an assistant." {sniff}

Not if you grow up with it or have skin in the game, or know what the fuck you are talking about.

I can watch every pitch with interest in a Toronto Blue Jays game these days.

It is to those who don’t follow it. Like most sports. I followed the Atlanta Braves for a few seasons and loved it.

Enjoy them while you can. I suspect they have one more game to play in the post-season this year, and it starts in about nine hours.

This one is sensible. Except for the Braves part.

Kindly fudge off with your boring sports chat! This here thread is for hopefully funny, but possibly cringey to most, Simpsons references...
