Brace ignores a knock on and then the fwd pass
Pass wasn't forward, just checked
Okay. And the knock on?
Unrelated but I wish they'd put the cameras on the other side here. The shadow area is really annoying.

Garbisi's dead ball kicking has been, well, frankly, garbage for MH in T14 and continuing that here.

The knock on I didn't check but as per my previous post I assume it was one

And more bad kicking. He really needs to sort this out if he wants to become a complete intl FH for Italy.

Was Esterhuizen onside there? Earlier move looked like another knock on by Quins too.

I'd like to see whether Jones was taken out when trying to connect with Smith's chip. The officials are missing things on both sides.

Yeah. The kick worked once but this is just massively overplaying it.

If you're trying to catch the ball then you're fair game.

Pathetically lazy by MH but Quins making them move is now beginning to hurt them.

Quins scrum has looked good. But also raises the question over what the point of Haouas is.

Only if you actually have hands on it. You can't tackle someone before they begin to gather. Now, we didn't see a replay, but my live impression was that Jones hadn't yet touched the ball when he was brought to ground.

There's no way that's forward, fuck off French TV

Why? It was fairly obviously not forward and referees should not be influenced by the cunts at French TV and the crowd booing everything

Because is was not obvious at all and even the English commentators were asking and they have the replays/TV to see so no way Brace could tell from his position.

It was obvious. Marchant was behind him and took the ball on his hip.

Good Lord he really has not cared about how players win turnovers at all
Especially considering he let Willemse spend an age on the floor blocking the scrum half at the preceeding ruck

Hmm. Get the impression The Stoop is a much smaller pitch which means Quins are going to struggle to breach MH quite as easily in order to overcome that deficit.
Entertaining enough game in the end.

I agree. I think early doors he favoured Quins but after that it just became a joke at the breakdown with the outcome for either side random.
