To be fair if they are engaging Ritchie in a judo match your not throwing him over. He's a very good judoka.

Just play normal rugby and the gaps will appear.
This is what we seem to be unable to do. We’re playing stupid high-risk rugby and there’s absolutely no need for it. Would you see a NZ side do this? Of course not. They’d be ruthless, keep it simple and by the numbers, and would score repeatedly.
As much as I'm happy to put the boot into Toony is this not more of a psychology issue, which arguably they have a say in, but it doesn't appear they have (a good) one?
Is it not coaches and leadership who dictate the game plan when against teams who are shirt?

Is that a game plan or are players just trying to be hero's?

Goes back to discipline in the team and who may or may not be responsible for that.

Fair argument. I suppose we're back to toony not having full control of the dressing room.

Finally someone metaphorically puts their foot on the ball. It’s Russell of course, and we score.
Russell has had a really good game today.

A bit more like it now.
Worst period of the match definitely the 15 vs 12 ten mins. Ought to be easy enough to coach.

I assume you missed the last few weeks? And Arg have at least beaten NZ and Aus: this year too.
