Final Score Canterbury 21 - Wellington 46.

Wellington continue to look impressive, Canterbury still working out the game plan.

Fakatava almost stationary and throws a long, loopy pass that looks distinctly forward but ref says it was ok.

Yeah, nah

Wake up call to the Bay, hard fought win over the Turbos 38-26. This could prove vital due to the Magpies having a hell of a run in to the finals with games against Waikato, Wellington, and Tasman. :wtf:

Would agree, two undefeated teams enter the arena ....

For those interested

Unbeaten teams

Hawke's Bay

Wellington

Tasman

Teams to still notch their first win of the season

Auckland

Manawatu

We are not yet at the must win stage of the competition, though guess it does apply to both Auckland and Manawatu if they want to make the finals in 2024.

Bay of Plenty restate their title aspirations with a 68 - 14 win over Manawatu. That's the first blow out of the season, fingers crossed we don't get another.

Didn't watch the whole game, but it was great to see Narawa playing so well (albeit against such limited opposition). It's a crowded field at the moment, but I'd love to see him back in the ABs at some stage this year.

TFFT. Like I said, game of the w/e. I went with Makos by small margin to sneak this in the FR. Pretty much everyone else went Maggies.
