Closer than I though it would be. A traditional Crusaders team would take it up a notch and put this to bed. They're always an amazing final quarter team just like the Blacks.

It’s ok to give the opposition credit for being a decent team.

I thought the ref had already given the Reds a team warning for penalties inside the 22m so how come no card for collapsing that maul?

Usual ref stuff: game over anyway so get lenient.

Should have carded someone a lot earlier for the collapsed scrum.

Reds have lost 10 of the last 11 matches to Kiwi opposition. They're semi-decent and have put up a good fight today.

And Tahs have never won an away game in the KO stages of Soup in entire history of comp. so all weight looks to be on Bunglies although I expect the Chiefs to only squeeze a victory.

Totally...they deserve full credit for playing so well and forcing the errors that count.
Dave Rennie has some real depth to look at for his Wallabies selections.

Aaron Smith's probably out of tonight's game against the Blues with a groin injury.
The Highlanders have been decimated by injuries this year.

The Highlanders have had a rough trot on the injury front but I think hard questions should be asked about Tony Brown's head coaching capacity.
In other news... Ethan Blackadder's injury last night was to his shoulder and he's either had or will have scans to determine the damage. Hopefully he won't need surgery but I suspect that's a faint hope. If he does that'll be him out of contention for the Irish series. We're lucky in having a fair bit of depth in the back row, nationally.

Razor sounded pretty grim when he was asked about it - certainly gave the impression he'll be out for quite a while.
