Add gherkin and a little condensed milk.
 My boet throws in condensed milk. Can see chopped gherkins working and possibly even some well fried chopped onions/garlic.
Raw red onion?
Potato salad must have one or two cooked eggs in.

Yesterday on the way home from the national park (it was a public holiday) I stopped off at a nyama choma joint.

Hands-down, the best ribs I have ever had. This guys has a massive braai setup with pork ribs, whole chickens and wors.

Totally disgusted. Couldn't find decent pork chops at the local and had to settle for skinny ones. You know the type. You also know I braai on flaming coals. Its literally a couple of seconds one side and flip. Take off.

Between my work and home is a free range pig farm. Owner has his own butchery. Can order what I want, how I want it, when I want it, awesome.

Was only a few years ago that I discovered the gem that is pork belly, now I do it often. For braai, rashers and pork neck chops works the best, loin can become a bit dry if it's not thick enough.

Pork is great but I get gout just looking at it. Get yourself an upright grill. Works a treat with pork belly ribs.

The thing is to salt the skin very very well then cook it on a medium to low heat for about 2 hours, and then smash it on hot heat for about 20 minutes.

I always have a drip tray with cider in it.

Yeah, my issue has been that low to medium heat for 2 hours have been to high. Still learning how to use the Weber properly. Will give that a go.

If you really want to exert dominance over your guests, pour it into a glass and down it before joining them to eat.

The point was that you're wasting The Dop™ when a severe drought is on. In more normal times, I couldn't give a shit if you boil your ribs in Savannah. So please don't carry on the poos.

Ok, so in normal times I would pour a cider into a drip tray.
However during these unusual times that we find ourselves in I suggest that you pour 2 Appletizers into the drip tray.

Apologies if I upset any of you who are suffering during these trying times. I never intended to be a poos.
