Not one of those Munster players tried to lift the ball.

My God Pearce has been awful.

Feck me that was terrible from Pearce.
A drop goal attempt means he used the ball, no advantage?

Wouldn't allow him to referee another European game.

In one sense, Toulouse have been dumb here. They know Pearce is stuffing them at every contact area so trying playing away from that.

I agree with that. For me, if it's not a pen and you kick it away, it should alway be adv over. We should not reward sides for hoofing the ball away.
But yeah, most refs would have called it back.

{EDIT} He has

Should just be 10 minutes of extra time. The players can barely walk.

Zebo sub might just have been ideal if it goes to kicks.

Because he can't kick for sh*t but Murray can.

Is an HIA sub allowed to take kicks?

I thought Murray replaced Zebo for a blood injury. I see Zebo is fine now. Shouldn't Murray leave the pitch?

It was a HIA, a replay showed him getting hit in a head to head

That's my point. He was an HIA and so I'm not sure he should be allowed to kick. Need a law guru for this.

It's a horrible way to settle things, but it probably wouldn't have gone this far if Munster had been reffed more at the breakdown.

Feck.

It's a horribly cruel way to get eliminated, but well done Munster, I didn't think you'd be within a score at full time.

Well done Toulouse :!:

Sorry for Healy. Genuinely.

Ironic the one aspect Pearce could not cheat at was the pens (bar the dubious inclusion of Murray).

It was not dubious; Zebo went off for a HIA, & Murray came back on. Simple ! Stop looking for fucking conspiracy

Well, that was a tight game, which could be summarized as Toulouse's flashes of backs attacks and power of the scrum against Munster's superiority in the forwards' defense.

Good game both, shame one had to lose. (No pun intended).
