As an aside, Larkham's influence makes Munster a whole lot better to watch.

Seeing why Lopez is not an intl FH. With all these riches, he really has no game man skills. Would be interesting to see Barraque at 10.

As a Munster fan...the good of the half...somehow only down 12....the bad...everything else.

Just hope they put up a little fight in the 2nd and get that scrum under control...hot garbage...

Really enjoying watching Penaud play so physical...

This is a joke. That's a straight pen to ASM for the Munster player running a blocking line.

ASM should take a leaf from RCT and walk. Total bent reffing.

I hope ASM put in an official complaint after this. Blatant knock on by Munster and then he finds a reason to penalise ASM: could easily have been the other way for holding on but should not have got to that point.

Did I hear her half interrupt him when he made his decision ?

I think she just looked at the clock & decided it wasn't worth the discussion

A more experienced TMO would’ve said ‘I’ll just let you look at it at full speed so you can see the impact properly’.

It didn't mess up the result; but there'll be a few refs getting harsh reviews next week, because they didn't have good comms with their TMOs; & I think the citing commissioners will have some work to clean up.

This is why Clermont will NEVER be champions in Europe, absolutely spineless team, great when its all going their way, as soon as it gets a bit difficult they fold like a paper plane.

it was like 15 different players out there, once Munster started fighting back.

Quins getting absolutely leathered by Racing. Fourth best in every department, never mind second.

Flake doing his best to give away his customary, turnover try. Would rather have Smith at FH for Racing.

Ref was shocking but pointed out before I bailed (saw it coming) that ASM would need to adapt (i.e. play territory). They didn't. They can't because Lopez (like Russell) is a headless chook with no tactical nous which is why neither side can win,

One of the most over rated players currently playing the game. If Racing (or ASM) had Carbonel at FH, they'd be close to unbeatable at this level. His tedious use of the chip kick reminds me of Fluke: who also cost his sides more games than he won.
