France are really bloody good with silly depth at 9.
Ireland are dirty bastards and not that good when reffed properly.
Scotland have some great talent but are badly coached, thick as a bear’s turd, and desperately need leaders.
Wales aren’t as shit as they were a few weeks ago and have grown a big hairy set of balls.

England will win by while being shit and convince themselves they are amazing
Italy will do something awesome early doors and then get bored into submission

Shane Williams spent his entire career jumping tackles but was hardly ever penalised for it, so it shouldn't really be a surprise that the Welsh are unaware that it was and is illegal.

Just watched the highlights of Ireland vs France, and was surprised how dominant France were in the second half, even without Dupont. Ireland managed to pick up a few crumbs at the end, but to me they look like a once great side that's now on the wane. They might end up thrashing Italy next week, but it's still been a pretty unconvincing tourney, imo.

Here’s a question - how on earth did so many French fans get tickets today? They were like hen’s teeth for the England game and were far more expensive second hand for France

France were bigger & when they click are a very, very good side !

We on the other hand built for the RWC, & now have to rebuild from a much smaller pool of players, & have a green as grass OH who had the toughest test of his short career, & three pensioners who were in the side (well probably except for POM), for sentimental reasons as much as anything else.

We had France under serious pressure for large parts of the game & didn't convert, & that's always fatal against good sides. We came with a decent plan to run the French around the pitch & tire them out, & it seemed to work apart from the need to score while the likes of Antonio was blowing out his arse.

It'll be interesting to see if Scotland can do a better job of it next match, as they know how to attack & have the ability to keep the ball in play & run them around, but their defense is suspect & the set piece could be ugly.

They beat the shit out of the Irish pack, and put in some absolute monster tackles on the backs.

I’m watching the Ireland France game because I didn’t see it all this afternoon. I think I’ve just watched the most extraordinary “exit” I’ve ever seen.

Ramos takes the ball to ground in his 22 and flings it in the air. Louis Bielle-Biarrey takes it on his finger tips and kicks backwards across field to Penaud on the opposite wing who then clears it.

Mental.

the ruck stuff is a bad issue as long as diving in rucks is tolerated players are going to get these injuries.

Come now, we all remember how calm and reasoned Irish posters were when Bod suffered an unfortunate shoulder injury in that Lions test. You need to copy their standard of behaviour , views and posting style and show some good sportsmanship when these freak accidental injuries occur .

O’Mahony is one of the main culprits. He’s often out and out dirty, not the ‘oooh, treading a thin line’ pish that people describe it as. He’s properly dirty.
