Hair is part of the head, so he grasped the head, pulled, twisted and forced a player downwards while twisting. Meets the definition by the law.

Marchant seems to be playing on the wing despite shirt number and it's made it to him there plenty. In true England fashion he had very little time or space when it did get there and so he's mainly just had to get tackled and recycle.
Marchant is the nearest we have to any pace in the backs.

Head to head is ALWAYS going to be red FFS. The only debate is whether Hill should have perma gone too.

Steward is untouchable under a high ball but he's slower than most intl backrowers.

When you have good open field runners like Ollivon, Macalou etc, I can see some reasoning for that. Esp if you are on top. But none of Eng's starting backrow is a Magne, for example.

With that level of kicking accuracy, not sure what Farrell is adding to this Eng team. May as well let Smith take the dead ball stuff.

Cant see much wrong apart from maybe the misstimed pass in 1st half. Defence been good and kicked well.
Englands tactics aren’t helping: get ball, 2 forwards drives to allow aus defence to settle. Give to backs.

That doesn't really counter my point though, does it? Farrell missing too much. Smith missing too much. But Farrell's only real contribution is pen kicking reliability (like Jaminet for France). If either player drops away from that, they have little else to offer.

If you are suggesting Farrell at 10

Farrell's a better 10 than 12 so why not?

Itoje's presence at that ruck constituted illegally flopping over his own player and contributing zero to securing the ball.

Well, you finally got to understanding and conceding my original point. Farrell is a sh*tehouse 10 and if you think he's better there than 12, then his only place is not on the field at all.
