And another try down to Wales having their defense organised by headless chickens

You could see that hole a good 10 seconds before the score

Blatant for the ruck before the try I thought. Perhaps it made no difference.

Sure, not going to impact the result, and they had pen advantage. But it was 90 degrees on the clearout right in front of the ref. Come on Barnsey...

As slow as a 30+ yo who was out for two years with ACL. Not his fault we’ve no one better.

Anscombe had two opportunities to pass the ball, turned them both down and then went in to touch.

That's 3 bad bits of play after one good one.

Nah, you're missing the point. Foster had them playing rugby that practically ignored the concept of forward power and the pick and go, and it was hurting them because this is not the team of peak Barrett, Nonu, Smith x2, etc. The level of backline talent just isn't the same regardless of selections. None of these guys currently threaten a world XV.

That's a hell of a collapse, Wales. Well done NZ. If nothing else, a far more balanced and clinical tactical approach.

Wales - that was shit

ABs not what they were and I’d be disappointed if England don’t beat them in a fortnight. Really looking forward to the next one in 20 mins or so

This NZ team may not be all that, but they’re going to go through Scotland like a dose of salts next week.

Quite. Those two are the really good teams in world rugby right now. Everyone else is varying degrees of disappointing or shite. NZ just happen to be in that group.

No, but there's a big gap from "conceding 55 points at home to a fairly average side" and "disappointed if we don't beat them"

I'm convinced people who design alternative strips just pick colours and patterns out of a hat.

It's the only way you end end up with navy and mint green.

Intensity is a couple of levels up from any of the previous games. Collisions are brutal.

Slightly annoyed by that penalty. Two players went for the ball, put their hands on it, then stared at the ref until he gave the penalty.

No evidence they were actually trying to lift it.

Hard to know what he was thinking. He'll be lucky if it a yellow, purely because of the softish landing

I don't think they did dump him. There was a level of control there. Yellow seems right to me.
