What’s the officially approved minutes per penalty rate? 😉

Great try. Dupont continues to be ridiculous, great finish too.

Tip tackle ignored. Replays strangely unavailable.

Meafou really is a freak of a lump. His hands are better than many backs.

No idea where Ntamack was for that 50:22.

I've taken another look and the Porter tackle off the ball is a nailed on card, maybe even a red. Lift, tip, and chuck on the floor. Probably just back contact rather than head but hugely dangerous.

Absolute filth, real scumbag stuff

It's astonishing. I missed it at first but then on the replays it's just ridiculous. Totally ignored by the studio at half time

Well, maybe we won't hear so much next time about Fre TV/TMO.

Meantime Mola has to take Graou off. Or move the klutz to FB and Ramos to 10.

Jaysus lads, I thought this was the reasonable forum but 90% of the posts on the game are ref complaints. Meanwhile everyone else is enjoying two positive sides giving us a great game.

Barnes tells Porter he's illegal in that maul so he breaks off and immediately rejoins illegally and disrupts it, forcing the ball to be played.

Well the huge disparity in the penalty count and a couple of extremely impactful and bizarre decisions are major talking points, and we've also talked about the failings on the Toulouse side. But there's basically only a couple of people posting about the match - I was the first person to do so a long time after kickoff. So perhaps less complaining about posting and more being happy that anyone even gives enough of a shit to talk about it.

better view of it.

Only foul play is by van der Flier.

This is strange. Van der Flier runs upright into a ruck, the static defending player dips his head into his chest and then uses his head to get rid of him. It is dangerous, but a) you absolutely can't run into a ruck upright and be considered an innocent party, and b) it very much did not deserve the scream, the amateur theatrics, the lying on the floor, followed by immediately getting up to remonstrate with the AR when it wasn't immediately given.

Toulouse player deserves the yellow I think, you can't do that. But all very odd.

Neti did exactly what I or anyone else would have done initially i.e. duck to protect his head. Not sure about his lifting it after.

As for VDF going all Huget/wendyball, what an embarrassing cheat. Hopefully Fra will meet Ire later in the year and someone will sort the c**t out.

Insane officiating. VdF has 2 goes running at a player standing still, the 2nd leading with his shoulder with no hope of winning the ball. Then the theatrics on and off the pitch.

I genuinely can barely watch Irish teams playing, the crowd, the players, the commentators are all just so awful.

Yeah I'm fine with the initial duck but he then barges forward using his head as the weapon and then up, making head contact. It's stupid and illegal. Would not argue too much if it was just a penalty.

VdF has risen from the dead here - incredible impact after being face down and motionless on the floor only a few minutes ago. Remarkable recovery.

Leinster will likely get 50 here. Best side in Europe and they absolutely do not need all the gifts they've been given today by the officials and Toulouse.

Surely in that incident VdF initiated the contact so is essentially the tackler and was always hitting the guy too high and deliberately high.
