I understand giving black players/coaches the oppertunity to develope. I have seen through my own son what this qouta / PoC system doing to the players / parents in provincial sport. I feel sorry for those black players getting a hiding because of a system other then a merit one.

Like previously qouted, EP produce the most black etnick PoCs for SA rugby. They need this exposure to fast track them to the other provinces. Our best black players origin from EP.

AF, Handy and even you critised me for using the PoC word but vok me isnt this what we need to support rather then critisize? This experience will help the current EP players to showcase their talent?


The PoC concept failed using WP as example. Coloured players arent good enough for government. They want black players. What do the other provinces do to develope them? Vokol they simply poach colour and black players from Boland and EP.


So this is the way SARU go to help EP.
