No I get the logic of your point, I'm just assuming that if it was Borthwick as first choice the deal would have been done by now. Unless there has been a major change in personality, you can expect a very limited and extremely rigid game plan from which the players will be terrified of deviating, because if they do they will be belittled and humiliated in front of their team mates at the next meeting.

I'm not sure about improvement in the set piece. It was already Cockerill's department.
