Also if it had been any one but New Zealand two neck rolls in ten minutes would have had a warning that another one was a card.
And are there two g’s in Bugger Off?

Not looking good for Lomax. If his wound's re-opened he could be gone.

Uruguay and Portugal have really added a lot to this world cup.

So movement off the set piece sees the ball move wide. Two outside backs in open space with only two defenders in front of them…

And MacKenzie kicks to space.

I guess he’d have a good native eye for that. Shame he’s not spotting the Uruguayan neck rolls but hey ho.
Let me know clock time and I'll review it for you.

Nice recovery from dirty ball going backwards, good finish.

Uruguay scrum in desperate trouble.

Kiwis don’t tend to holler at the ref. In fact they go out of their way to stop it.

Mackenzie is not a world class player. He’s very good at an open broken game but gets horrible exposed against any tier one nation.

I'd rather have him on the bench than Havili, Clarke or Fainga'anuku in the crunch games. The latter pair are carthorses on defence.

The Clarke call is a low blow. I’d rather have an empty spot on the bench.

Nothing. He’s great in these sorts of matches. ITV commentators (I’m looking at you Jim Hamilton) saying that he’s a quarter final starter. Ireland would take your hand off to have him starting.

Blackadder’s on👍

Adding some much needed Canterbury starch to the Waikato flakiness creeping into the game.
