That's an absurd metric. The worth of a competition is how competitive it is. The 6N is streets ahead of the RC on that front.

I'd also venture that RWC wins are meaningless outside of the tournament. It's a snapshot of a few weeks and says much less about the quality of a team than a general win record over time. When NZ consistently ranked no1 in the world, yet didn't have a world cup to their name, no one thought they were number 2 to the reigning 'champs'.
