I watch practically all Test match rugby between the tier 1 (6 nations and TRC sides) will usually watch all the Summer and End of Year Tests as well and any additional International rugby PNC (Pacific Nations Cup), Japan, 6 nations B fixtures at times before the main ones.

In terms of non-internationals I probably watch more Super Rugby particularly NZ team fixtures than I do any European domestic leagues. Will follow Edinburgh and Glasgow in the Pro 14 but that can also differ depending on which side is doing better/has more Scottish players in the starting XV. In terms of entertainment quality I find Super Rugby more engaging than European domestic league matches. Also helps that when viewing from the UK none of the matches overlap, just wake up at 8:30am on Saturday and be treated to a full day of rugby. I'll keep an eye on potential big match ups in the English Premiership/Top 14 but don't follow a side on a week to week basis. Usually watch a few Heineken Cup matches when those come round and all the knockout stages. If I don't catch the full match will watch highlights of all the weekend's matches.
