At some point soon he needs to improve. Been at the same level since he's been 19.
Has he ever been international Standard?
He'll be a promising youngster till he retires

Jalibert needs to be hooked for Carbonel. He provides nothing like the same attacking threat.

Tao remains a brain dead, lazy lump.

Indeed

Lack of patience by France there, some good scrambling and a lot of energy by the Scottish D.

Yup. Dumb. And they've not attacked Hogg's revolving door defence once.

I think once again Chat was held up long enough there for most refs to declare a maul but Barnes lets it go.

Quite happy with that so far as I actually think our bench forwards are stronger than out starting pack

Really enjoying this, both sides playing some good stuff. Suspect the French scrum will see them home

What will see France home is if Jalibert tries to get Fickou and Vaka into the game for once rather than aimlessly hoofing the ball away in a 3rd rate imitation of Farrell.

He’s a decent player but maybe he has just had it too easy. He’s the only real back up to Hogg and is fairly versatile so has been in just about every match day squad since he was 19. Probably needs to be dropped and work his way back

Feeble tackle attempt on Vaka. Too high. As usual, he just didn't fancy it.

As with last week, still receiving the ball at pivot a bit static, whether Weir is in position or not, and not attacking side with number advantages.

Have you every played the game. He went high to try and wrap the ball. You don't go low on someone that size so near the line.
