Stomps are looking pretty good hey.
Strong upfront, good direction from 9 and 10, a great finisher in Zas and Wazza playing a good game.

Stormers playing better than I expected. Willemse not looking bad at 15! Some shit kicks, but in general, positive contributions for once.

Bulls terrible tonight. It’s actually worrying that we are only up by 6 at halftime the way the Bulls are playing.

Stormers back to being their own worst enemies in the second half gifting the game to the Bulls.

So many penalties in the second half giving the Bulls the territory and possession they were starved of in the first.
Handling errors, lost lineouts and turnovers galore.

And the Ruhan Nel gets a yellow and penalty try for a deliberate knock on. He must have some record by now for shit like that. I don’t think there has been another player with such a poor interception vs. deliberate knock-on ratio as him. :mad:

Heartbreak for Augustus. He knew he knocked that on.

Credit to the Stormers for fighting to the end. I didn’t expect them to have it in them to actually steal it back. Got closer than I gave them credit for.

That drop will haunt Augustus for many days to come. Poor guy.

Agreed. Seems to have developed a bit of mongrel in his play as well which I always thought he lacked. Happy that he has stepped up.

Van Staden was a monster today. Our loosies completely outgunned at the breakdown.

With Flouw retired we are going to need a player with a similar skill set to fill that niche in our gameplan.

Van Staden seems to be one of the front runners IMO.
