Huw Jones's strong Scottish brogue makes it difficult to understand some of his words.

Huw Jones has to be a nailed in Lions tourist, i would argue a nailed on starter in the tests
He should be, especially now he's scored a few with Sione not around to feed him. Whether he will be is a different matter, but he should be. Much more than Finn unless he gets his sh1t together.

He's not the crowbar he used to be and when his confidence is high he's brilliant. Don't think there's an obviously better 13 option for the lions prior to the tour.
What do you mean by crowbar?
I would say he doesn't single handedly unlock defences as much a he used to. Now relies on his reading off the game to be in the right place.

He was born in Leith to Scottish parents. Go bang another drum.

Weird watching a player of the quality of Finn Russell having a mare against easy opposition. Here's hoping he's better in the second half.
Guess not

He used to be guilty of holding onto the ball and making poor decisions of when to pass (and not being great at it either). He's improved that a lot, still prefers an offload to a pass but it's not a weakness any more

Hard to understand why any producer would think the horrible little prick is a good choice.

Was just thinking the same thing. Same commentators were nailing him (rightly) when he was coach of Eng and now they are sucking up to him.

Freeman's just not fast enough out wide, off the Smith break any winger worth his salt would have tested the defences pace.

I have to put it on mute. There are few songs I really hate, but that is one of them.
Previously I forced myself to sing "My country tis of thee" to the tune, but it doesn't always work.
