I’m not over-excited about it. At the time KS was not in a position to influence the award of government contracts or whatever and it sounds as though he’d still have been left with enough time to carry out his other duties. If he didn’t his constituents could have kicked him out.

I'm a supporter of the project as I strongly believe it's crucial to improving northern infrastructure and the productivity boost that gives all of us.
