Slick wrote: Sun Nov 06, 2022 3:02 pm Listening to these commentators it’s unfathomable how England are not the best team in the world by a long long way and winning this match by over 100
This is a recurring theme from yesterday as well, in fairness. Barclay (I think it was him?) went on and on at the ref for any decision going against Scotland, Warbs and Shanklin were horrific as discussed and Bowe was hectoring Habana about the ref through half time. Send them all to different games
Fair enough. To be honest didn’t massively notice it yesterday except the Ireland game - bit we get used to that from the URC.

There was one point where they were going on about how awful it much be for the Argies having to tackle some of the big England players- the same argies that have just spent the last 6 weeks playing SA, NZ and OZ
I find the way Argentina are covered by British pundits embarrassing full stop. A while back but I vividly remember the 2015 WC where pre match vs Ireland they were discussing ‘Argentina might even believe they can win this’ before they tore Ireland apart.
They’re still treated as a bit of a novelty rather than a serious tier 1 side who’ve made world cup semis and beaten every other tier 1 side

We beat them in a war 30 years ago so everything they do is irrelevant.

Very good try and suddenly giving away four really soft pens looks even more stupid

Can somebody not take Youngs out behind a shed and shoot him? It'd be the humane thing to do.

England believe that if they keep doing pretty moves it’ll all come good.

The way Smith ran thru the line there, just highlighted how slow the rest of the English backs are. .... and that try shows it too

Jonker has never knowingly given us a decision. Only ourselves to blame

That attack completely broke down when he flung a ball to no one that Genge had to tidy, then it was downhill from there.

Backrow nowhere, either. But a lock at 6 is always the way.

Piss off Torq. No complaints about the scoreline and it wasn't clear and obvious so fine with it standing, but he 100% touched it.

If it was 100%, it would have been disallowed.

VP shows Jones how bad Youngs is just as Jalibert did to Ntamack. Watch both Youngs and Ntamack start next week.

He owes that try to Ben Youngs tiring the defence out.

He’s alright, no Ben Youngs though.

I have been trolled on 8 separate group chats in the time it took for Youngs to be taken off and JvP to score

The first time Nowell does anything is a potential foul play incident (it wasn't).

Youngs, Nowell and Farrell all utterly dire, as bad as i have seen them...Big Joe though has had a good game.

Can’t understand why Eddie is so scared of youth. There are two amazing young wings we have as well.

It was a pen. Nothing more but stonewall pen. Somehow the knock on gives Nowell a free head shot.

To be fair, we're shit at putting wingers out to grass. Look how many caps Cueto and Cohen won after they were clearly past their sell by dates.
