Some much needed new blood in the Sharks coaching setup. Neil Powell comes in from the Blitzbokke to be DOR. Joey Mongalo brings his experience from 10 years at the Lions and 2 at the Bulls and will head up the Currie Cup team. Yannick Bru from Toulouse and the French National team.

Muller is a fantastic talented rugby player. 200% better then Tarzan and should ease your midfield in 13. His only problem is that he struggle a lot with injuries. I have seen him win many matches on his own on schoolboy level. He played for KleinGim, then PRG (his older boet JP was at PRG) then went back to Paarl Gim. I know him well, was the same age group as my son.

He's a bit small at 85kg for a modern midfielder. I'd like to see him used more as a bomb squad utility back covering 13,14,15. I'm hoping Neil Powell will bring something different to the mix as well. Sevens is a hella different game but the Blitzboks have great gees, conditioning and are the best defensive team on the circuit. Powell will surely be a great intellectual resource for the Sharks setup.OomStruisbaai wrote: Tue Aug 23, 2022 9:56 am Muller is a fantastic talented rugby player. 200% better then Tarzan and should ease your midfield in 13. But yes, Assfly. Bosch will more than likely be there to constipate things.

Reinhard Nothnagel is weer ‘n kapteinskandidaat.

I'm pleased to see Noah and Bonilla leaving. I like having an international flavour to our squad, but we get some of the signings desperately wrong.
We've definitely got a nice net-gain of talent based on the above.Cell C Sharks

New Sharks jerseys out. Look great I think! Have ordered for my daughters but its getting harder each year for me to wear skin tight form fitting polyester. I still have retro old school Natal and Sharks long sleeve jerseys which I'll be wearing from now on. More flattering to the midsection.

Depth?, you needed to scrap the bottom. Even the Lions have scarped him. What about some U20 youngsters?Sards wrote: Mon Sep 19, 2022 2:12 pm Yoh
Decent flyhalf depth at the Sharks. See Fred Zeilinger is back.

Lots of potential this kid but needs to be very carefully nurtured. Flat track bully at school level who didn't really impress me when he played for SA Schools.

Sharks have done some seriously impressive signings. It's obviously the team to play for. And if you can't make it other teams will gladly snap up the excess.assfly wrote: Thu Sep 22, 2022 5:32 pm Thanks Oom, we heard you the first time![]()
Meh. Good luck to him. He got plenty of gametime at the Sharks, not sure what else he wanted. He was a great player for us, so I hope he enjoys a season of pastings coming his way.

He mentions an issue on defense. Remember it's Whiteley 's department now.
