Sorry Boet. I support Waikato in the NPC. AC nade me dislike Canterbury and Crusaders just like Sards do with the Sharks.

I got the same respect for Crusaders or Canterbury then for Leinster or the Bulls.

Congrats to the Lions. Now over to the Black Caps.

Yep, normally Canterbury own the class acts that separate two close teams but Wellington in Aumua, Bird and TJ had the players to do that something a little special.

I came across the Canterbury schedule for NPC 2023 and am overjoyed to see that the Red & Blacks will be playing Waikato in Hamilton on 30 September, which fits perfectly with my first trip home in six years. I arrive on 27 Sep and leave on 12 October.

I would love to know whether Enzed or any other posters in that general area would be interested in an NPC-cabal on 30 September in the Tron.

I'm in the Bay of Plenty... living just outside Katikati for now. I do mean to get over to Hamilton to catch up with Enz... thought maybe the finals' would be a good time, if the Saders' are in

I'll still be in Kiwi for the qf weekend so may be able to squeeze in one more match.

I really like Thomas Umaga-Jensen. Big, fast and smart. He's a creative attacker, and his defence is staunch. I hope he's able to stay injury free and make his case for national honours next year.

Just a minor ding to the face.

Good win to Tasman to start their campaign, but Otago not too shabby, either.

Still no score as Turbos line speed is paying dividends against Wellies' lack of patience.

6-3 to Turbos at HT. And Turbos basically haven't touched the ball but Welly paying for their lack of respect for the ball and lack of respect for their oppos.

Red & Blacks leading the Taniwha 13 - 6 at halftime. A real delight to see players such as Romano, Crotty, Rene Ranger strutting their stuff in the NPC
