I am quite impressed with my pel son , Sebastiaan Lombaard young TH making the Bulls A team as a reserve. The kid is still u20. He has been very good but dunno if he'll handle Ali Vermaak.Sards wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 12:00 pmNizaam should have started.OomStruisbaai wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 11:48 amBulls: 1 Gerhard Steenekamp, 2 Johan Grobbelaar, 3 Mornay Smith, 4 Ruan Vermaak, 5 Ruan Nortje (captain), 6 Marco Van Staden, 7 Cyle Brink, 8 Elrigh Louw, 9 Embrose Papier, 10 Johan Goosen, 11 Canan Moodie, 12 Harold Vorster, 13 Lionel Mapoe, 14 Cornal Hendricks, 15 Kurt-Lee ArendseOomStruisbaai wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 9:31 am DHL Stormers for Bulls clash

Bulls hot favorites. With that back 3s from both teams it will be a sin to kick away possession.

Can't remember the last time we had 4 Ulstermen starting in the pack![]()
Doak at 10 is an interesting one. Gale force winds and horizontal rain in Galway is a good place to earn your stripes![]()

Connacht going full beans for the win with this squad
Connacht: Tiernan O’Halloran; John Porch, Tom Farrell, Bundee Aki, Mack Hansen; Jack Carty (capt), Caolin Blade; Denis Buckley, Shane Delahunt, Finlay Bealham; Josh Murphy, Niall Murray; Oisín Dowling, Conor Oliver, Cian Prendergast.
Replacements: Dave Heffernan, Peter Dooley, Dominic Robertson-McCoy, Shamus Hurley-Langton, Jarrad Butler, Kieran Marmion, David Hawkshaw, Adam Byrne.
You'd have to fancy Connacht for the win.fishfoodie wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:40 pmAfraid he's out of luckJim Lahey wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:06 pm

it'll be dead calm, & probably dry at kickoff.

Connacht were embarrassingly shit against us in Belfast in the first match of the season. However Connacht have drastically improved since then and Ulster have been utter pish for the last 3 weeks.
Ian Madigan for Ireland.

They might be slight favorites, maybe +3 pts, but it should be an entertaining game at least, as both teams play a decent brand of rugby.Jim Lahey wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 5:41 pmYou'd have to fancy Connacht for the win.fishfoodie wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:40 pmAfraid he's out of luckJim Lahey wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:06 pm

My first thought was, "have they had to move it elsewhere?"

Bulls look very good. They dominate everything. Can't see the Stormers keeping them out.

Johan Goosen totally outplay Libbok in that 1st half
Those two Stomp tries. First Goosen refused to tackle and let the try in. Second Libbok helped set up.
Goosen has always been as heavily overrated as he is injured. The poor man's Bosch.
