Excellent decision by Southee to bowl and Bangles set to break the record for the lowest innings total at the Bay Oval.

Going for a second run, Chapman and Allen run straight into each other mid-pitch, both watching the fielder. Chapman run out easily.

You reckon this is bad, you should see the Countdown in KatiKati..

Absolute scenes. Last shop before the Coromandel so... there's boats, caravans, zimmer frames, the whole shebang in the carpark.

Humid as hell up here at the moment and it's raining quite hard right now.

Fond memories of the Coromandel. A mate and I did a road trip to the first Sweetwaters in his VW Beetle via Whangamata, which was still a quiet little village way back then. We got stoned and fell asleep on the sand, then got woken up by a shower. Back into the VW, only to be stopped by a cop just down the road. He pulled up alongside us, and withhout bothering to get out of his car, told us we looked like we needed a decent kip.

But carry on, boys. Enjoy the festival...nudge, wink...

Just when you thought test cricket couldn't get any more corrupt than Pakistan, along comes South Africa to again remind us who the biggest cheats in the sport really are.

How quaint and naive the old saying "it's not cricket" now seems.

Rotten to the core.

Pro boxing is squeaky clean in comparison.

For shame.

Serious question for the Saffer cricket supporters:

When your First XI has just been rolled for 55 at home, why the fuck would a Kiwi supporter waste good money to watch your dirt-trackers go through the motions over here?

And there it is, the the same old deflection and denigration when you have no good answer. Like clockwork.

You seem more angry at the Proteas for their woeful display today than us Saffas, you are a good man Gumboot. I gave up on saffa cricket a long time ago.

Six wickets in 11 balls for no runs to finish the innings. This is wild.

That was one of the most remarkable 2 over spells I have ever seen in test cricket?!?

Need to watch a replay to see if Kohli was up the other end telling the new batters to remain calm.

Ok, I know I'm negative nelly about the Proteas, but that is pretty damn impressive. Should no doubt lift Gumboot's spirit when he wakes up tomorrow.
