Don’t know how it happened but his foot ended up pointing the wrong way. Ref spotted it, shouted “oh no” and walked away. Not nice
Either Broken leg or the ankle is dislocated.
Saw that once (ankle) and the poor bugger waited 1 Hour on the field as the ambulances were all in Croke park (this was in Malahide).

Not nice either way

Slid in on a tackle. Foot got caught underneath him and he broke the shit out of his ankle. Pearce went to check on him saw the ankle and walked away to have a moment. Would have thought he'd have a stronger stomach than that reffing rugby

Slightly moist, with a mild breeze. Lovely rugby weather

The weather might curtail the scoring more than Namibia can

NZ's benchers are pretty close to 1st teamers. Fre benchers are mostly a light year away.

Fozzie needs to be doing something here, this is really poor play from the ABs.

I say this tongue in cheek. Don't want to eat my words a few weeks down the line... But. A team talk from Foster must be really difficult to take seriously.

Roigard is certainly prospering from the dominant forward platform. I think my saintly mother could as well, mind you

The top NZ sides never took the boot off the opposition throat, it will be interesting to see how the second half pans out

True, and half the Country would support that selection option.

NZ 38-3 half time

Oh magic. We have Fitzy in commentary for some nostalgia

He’s already broken out “ xxxx’s of this world.”

Damien McKenzies of this world, and I think he said Sam Whitelocks of this world but just stopped himself.

That was unlucky. Bound onto the opposition and blew over him but tripped over the body and got pinged.

Still think we should be doing better - its against an amateur side and I am reading nothing into it really.

Modern defences are a lot more resilient than previously. The difference in the sides will really start to tell in the last quarter, I would think.
