Would you recommend a day at the Grange for Scotland games for a neutral? Usually try and tick off 1/2 new county grounds a summer, considering adding Grange/Titwood to the list next summer

It can be a cracking day out - I actually think they could do a hell of a lot more to make it more of an event, but nonetheless it’s nice being able to move your plastic chair around the ground.

I remember watching the West Indies playing there in the 90’s and Curtly Ambrose bowling a red apple that someone in the crowd had thrown him. Pitched in front of the batsman and disintegrated scaring the shit out of him. Umpire started have a go at Ambrose and he was literally rolling around on the floor laughing

Short form cricket has its place and its charms, but it can never offer up the sort of drama and finish we had in Taunton, that is pretty much unique to multi day cricket. Superb stuff and couldn’t have happened to a nicer bunch
