I've taken shits that looked more appetising than the inside of that butty.
The chip butty in general is a culinary abomination, I can only wonder at a mind that thought it needed to be deep fried.

Derby's as far north as members of my friendship group hail from. The stoner kebab. Sausage wrapped in kebab meat, battered and then deep fried. Probably served with a side of deep fried pizza. Also battered I believe.

Back is still not too great. Managed a walk of 1K yesterday. The lumbar region is having a go at my spinal cord today.
