3D is an obscure reference to me on this forum and an "actor" by the name of Wilfred Pickles. His wife was "Mabel at the Table". He was a Yorkshireman but shifted to the Management's part of the world where you flew a Red flag not a miserable White one.
I know a bit about heraldry. In fact I'd be rampant about it but have only two legs.

Good morning hlvp (and any other crossword fan). Lovely start to the day. Clear skies.
I wrongly implied that Robert Price was an easy setter to read. He's up there with Dean Mayer and "the dreaded" proXimal. Not seen him for a bit.
Some posters on here need to be a bit more 14A
Look backwards in the clue to get 10A. 5A

Good morning lads. Sorry I was no help. I pondered these all day, but couldn't get a single one. A couple, I kind of guessed right, but could never have figured out the parsings anyway. Tomorrow is another day.
