Sally Kellerman, the original Hotlips died at 84.

She was a class act.

I just looked up who played the character in the tv series and it was Loretta Swit, also 84.

however, the bit that made me chuckle was that she had married a guy called Dennis Holahan, so for a while she really was Hotlips Holahan.

Just to clarify for YMX and anyone else who is confused, Sally Kellerman (who is the one who died recently) created the role in Robert Altman’s 1970 film.

Loretta Swit (who is still alive) played Hotlips in the TV series.
