Mate’s brother was in the opposition. He was so tired of Wilson’s performance when he went to give him a high shot Jeff just jinked left then right and was gone again under the sticks.

I enjoyed reading that. Here's his All Black debut...

New Zealand were(are) ridiculously talented at producing these kind of players. A back-3 of Wilson,Cullen, Lomu is about as good as it ever gets.

That 95-96 era was a great time for rugby. Glen Osborne got superceded by Cullen but he was outrageously good in 95.

Osborne was more a 7s star I seem to remember?

Cullen is the GOAT fullback for me.

Cullen also starred in 7s initially. Osborne was a fine test player, both at fullback, then on the wing when Cullen came along.

Jeff’s brother Richard sadly died of motor neurone last year.

He was a teacher, a good sportsmen himself and a genuinely humble, lovely bloke.
