Dealing with narcisists.

15% of the population are narcisists. We probably all have had to all deal with them at some point.
We have all eventually had to say fuck it and left them to it, too I guess.
It is hard thing to accept, but to them you are just a thing.
Not a person. But someone to be fucking torn apart to nothing, and they will keep coming back, until they do.

I ( and my neighbours) just experienced narcisistic rage for 25 minutes.
It was genuinely fascinating.
A guy I have had two, two minute interactions with in 10 years (because he is a fucking narcisist and I just cut the chord, stopped feeding him his narcissistic fuel) behaved like a litteral four year old and tried to desperately use the two, two minute interactions I had with him in ten years, as ammunition.
When they flame out it is also something else.

I know phrases and terms like "malignant narcisist" etc get thrown around a lot in the media, without them knowing really what that means.. but it is truly scary how it can run-through a family.

You look at someone and you know where they get it from.
Anyway fascinating topic.

This lady goes into some detail, what to expect when you break up with one..and has a whole YouTube channel about them.
We should all learn as much as we can about them, as we are are facing a narcissim epidemic. A new world order of narcisistic behaviour.
Oh and it only takes 30% of the country to be them, and for them and their enablers (they have many enablers, a whole other topic) to get complete political power in a first past the post electoral system.
