If you get a chance, read this article. It's extraordinary. It's not just a rugby article, it's far deeper than that. I won't post any isolated quotes because it would do the story an injustice.

Thanks
Obviously prefers what he's doing now than he did when playing.

Everyones deserves a chance at rehabilitation.
Rugby players have the opportunity to severely injure their opponents many times in a game, but the entire sport is built on an ethos that you would never deliberately do so, and not just because of the consequences you'd face, you just don't do it.
I was really fucking angry at the guy from afar because he betrayed everyone in the sport and the sport itself.
However, to repeat, he deserves a chance to make amends in the sport and it looks like he is doing a good job.

Have read quite a bit about his Damascene conversion.
Very interesting indeed, not too sure about the Appreciate Inquiry approach.
I've never found it usefull and it can be counter priductive, however good on him for battling his demons and wanting to help his fellow players.
