Anyway, the ABs' EOYT squad and the "All Blacks" XV (spit!) squad are being named tomorrow. The top squad's pretty settled I guess, but I'm keen to see which youngsters have done enough in the NPC to score a spot in the Second XV squad, and which fringe test players are also selected in the Seconds to get more game time.
I can’t seem to find anything on the squad yet.

Can we not do multiple games in single threads please?
Separate match threads for each game keeps the chat between fans for that game out of clogging up a thread for other games.

Look, we had the vote. Although admittedly it was only run for a few hours.

The consensus on the bored is generally weekend threads work well for us in the past.
Think of it like being in the pub over a long day, watching several games, with fans from all over.
There won’t be any clogging up. This bored doesn’t work like that.
But if anyone wants to do a specific match thread for a special match, go for it.

The ABs and NZ XV squads get named today (Sunday in NZ), presumably after QF4 has been played...?

I mentioned it because the RC thread got bogged down for page after page with Saffas bleating on about their provincial hatred.

Which is
exactly why I reckon a separate thread per touring team would be the way to go.

It was a good alternative idea. (Of mine).
But then after I wrote it and considered, we have no Aussie or Argentinian posters here to prop those ones up.
And no home for the NH games vs Fiji/Samoa/Japan/Georgia.
Also, we’ve had the vote. So bite me, losers !!

So far it's a 50/50 split for individual vs group threads....
The Proud Boys have marched into their threads too soon.

Though, seriously, I appear to have caused enough trouble n threads.
But do you reckon we could have a NZ selection thread?
Edit: done

So it’s looking like an experimental side for NZ for this match due to injuries and bereavement.
Scott Barrett bereavement
Beauden Barrett bereavement
Jordie Barrett bereavement
Will Jordan ear
Sam Whitelock ear
Fakatava out ACL
QT out ACL (by a dirty Aussie cvnt)

Names printed on seperate squares of glossy laminate, placed into an upturned top hat from Fozzies touring wardrobe and thrown into the air. Those that land name side up get a game.

That has to be one of the most underwhelming mid-fields I can remember ever starting for the ABs.

Yep. I really don't rate Ennor at all, and Roger's completely unproven. Fully expect the Brave Blossoms midfield to carve us up.

So Aumua is called in for the Japan test to cover for Coles, who has a dodgy calf (for a change). Then Coles is named to start...
Fozzie logic.

The weather in Tokyo tomorrow will be fine, temperature around 18~20C, with not much wind. There are some concerns over the state of the turf due to a large number of events and matches in the month leading up to tomorrow cutting into the time to do the maintenance and preparation required.

Pretty decent Scotland team considering we are picking from 2 clubs.
It’s a very exciting back line, although I do worry about Oz running through it if they get enough ball

There are also some concerns about being able to find some UK channel to watch it.
What’s the standard place these days for dodgy streams?
