I have _completely_ nuked everything on FF related to this site and logged in purely on the https site after that. I'll let you know if this has fixed it...

You have plenty of bandwidth unless several people are streaming at the same time. A 4K stream only needs a about 30 mbit for most services, perhaps allow double that to be safe.

Get a 4K firestick and see how it looks on your current service. If it's fine then you don't need any more bandwidth. If it isn't then that's because Amazon are sending out shit quality streams, not because of your bandwidth.
