The summary of this is that at a club function, Ruru got sh*tfaced and hit the wife of another player. His reward was that a teammate (not the husband) broke his jaw and Ruru has had his licence terminated.

Not a good week for rugby with Baptiste Lafond (son of the the Jean-Baptiste) being been jailed for rape.

The lad that broke his jaw should get a pay raise.

He broke his jaw and shoulder so should get a bonus too.

Eh, he's a Kiwi rugby player on the piss. And he's a 9, and probably a gobby one.
Only one plausible scenario and outcome. . .

I steered clear of that tack because I don't have any data but my gut feeling is the alcohol and/or abuse of women seems to be more a problem in NZ and Aus than elsewhere. It's a weird thing because amongst supporters, you tend to think it's the English with a bad relationship with alcohol, esp football.

Nah, it’s the Antipodean women who are to blame.

I mean why hit women ffs. Just make them happy and sit back and have a laugh.

Women are a treat.
It's not hard to just have a great time with the girlie's.

Will never understand hurting women.

Speaking as a tosser from Ebbw Vale, you learn early on, if you want a fight (or even want to get your head kicked in) if you are feeling a bit "wild" or the dark depressive thoughts are arriving after 9 pints and you just want them to stop.., there are plenty of handy blokes about who will oblige, and press ypur reset button.
