Was just about to say the same. He was charged with paying underage girls for sex, found guilty, but it was overturned on appeal. I think sex with underage girls was also referenced in his divorce case.

I'll never defend any fucker exploiting 16 year olds in this way, but it's quite tricky to equate this to Saville - I took Slick's comment to highlight that not everyone who has a 'good time' in life (in quotes as I'm not sure everyone would quite see Saville's jollies as a good time) represents a life well lived. Savile was a whole new level of depravity, and even more shocking for the complete and utter lack of protection for the victims.
In terms of Berlusconi sleeping with a 16 year old, quite a bit of nastiness around that case, including a witness dying a grisly death.
He was not a nice bloke.

Radiation poisoning which is a bit suspicious considering Vladimir and Silvio were good buddies and Vlad a regular attendee at Silvio's bunga bunga parties.
