Clenbuterol is a famous supplement athletes and bodybuilders use to increase their muscle mass and reduce fat. However, recent studies show that this product can also improve brain functioning. Studies show that Clenbuterol positively affects memory retention, learning ability, and cognitive performance.
Maybe he just had a half dose

That's proof that England are clean if ever I saw it.

The Elton Jantjies story is just sad. There's nothing about it I can find to laugh about.

The guy is 33 and has blown up his career. For the rest of his life he'll know he should've been going into the 2023 RWC as the starting Bok flyhalf once Pollard went down. Whatever else he does with his life, he'll probably never reach the level he did in rugby. South Africa is a conservative place, difficult to see him making money from rugby as a "personality" post rugby career. Doesn't seem reliable enough to get business opportunities ex-players sometimes get in completely different lines of work. Easy to see him ending up in a dark place.

FFS....the man just can't keep from screwing up.

Hard to feel sorry for him as it's all of his own making, but he does seem to have some serious problems. Hope he somehow gets the help he needs.

His career was over long before this revelation. Why was he even being tested, does he even have a team at the moment?

An awful way to sign-off his career. New ammunition for the anti-Bok brigade.

His Bok career maybe, but he was still playing in France for Agen in the Pro D2. That was probably his last chance given all his other scandals and all the bridges he’s burnt along the way.

No idea what he is going to do now. He’s only in his early 30s. Maybe a book deal, although I doubt many are interested in what he has to say. His life is a mess and he’s going to have to start all over and all by himself. It’s going to be tough.

I didn't know he was still playing.

I fear for his future. He doesn't look like the type to have done an MBA in is spare time, and he's not given himself any chance of a career in coaching or media.

His playing career is over. The club released him as soon as he tested positive. He also got a 4 year ban now, and did not appeal within the allotted time so unfortunately he is screwed I think. I am not sure what career path there is for him going forward. So many bad life choices in a short period of time.

It's quite tragic. One has to wonder if his dad would have been able to help straighten him out earlier had he nog passed away in due to a fucking bee sting in 2013.
They were quite close and his dad was very involved in his coaching and management. It seems like he lost all of that guidance.

LOL it's like a race to the bottom...

Or in Elton's case, the gluteus maximus.

As to questions over quality... I remember smoking Durban Poison in London in the mid-80s and being very impressed indeed.
