Tough call. Some others unlucky to miss out, Mostert had a good season, was brilliant in the final tackling up and down the defencive line stopping the ABs making ground, like a dog running up and down a fence barking.

Player of the Year is PSdT. Clearly the best blindside on the planet. His RWC Final performance was sublime.

Young Player of the Year is Moodie. Already a great player, and destined to be a Boks superstar, imho.

Ja I agree. I think it's time we started giving props the credit they deserve.

Also, for young player of the year, isn't 23 a bit old to be considered for this category? Roos and Hendrikse have been around for quite a while already.

Frans did the hard work like in the 2019 final. Lately he do a lot of defensive work specially in and around rucks. He will never be flashy.

Ruan Pienaar for CC Prem player, could've easily made the RWC squad if he had been in the setup already. Staggering that he's still going and winning comps.

I am surprised Pollard was not included. Hell. If not for him we would have been done in the quarters.

I am very surprised Grant Williams didn't get a look in. Man that kid must be the most exciting of them all considering how much he is involved. If he carries on like he is and gets opportunities he could end up our most prolific scrumhalf try scorer
