Don’t know if this is of use or interest to you but there is a documentary on Laurel Canyon on Sky UK. Not seen it yet but it should Shirley feature the likes of Mayall, Zappa, Canned Heat et al.

England has produced some seriously amazing guitarists, must be said.
My brother just said he was talking actually talked to Peter Green outside a venue in Swansea, he was playing, and he was in a band with Cosy Powell.

Peter Green just walked up to him uprompted, and unaccompanied and started chatting for half an hour,

Bruv said he was a sweet, humble kind nice bloke.
