Trolling? Thought Rassie would select our B team like against Scotland. I'd say Boks by 20.
Not sure you get my sense of humour
Boks by 30

There hasn't been a B team on this tour, the squad Rassie picked is fully loaded, hard to pick a weak side from it. This one has 7 players on around 10 caps or less, the weakest side selected.
Hanekom and Kleyn playing means 52 players have been used by the Boks this year, back in June/July Rassie did say he wanted to make a 50 man squad, he has delivered again. Boks could go on the EOYT next year with 50 players and play two matches a weekend without needing to cap any new players. There would actually be some competition to make the squad of 50. Never seen anything like that before.

Too enclosed for any wind no matter if the roof is shut or not.

Roof is going to be close.
It's like they have a death wish.

Wales have hardly shown that they can play any worse in the rain, Ox.

Boks do better when it's dry.

Just glad to see Hanekom at last up for his first cap, long overdue. I can see him becoming more regular from next season now that he is part of the squad as he can cover lock, flanker and 8th man. Unfortunately I think it is time to put Eskom out to pasture

A bit cruel naming a side.
To even things up a bit, Razzie should wander around the pubs at lunch time, & pick 23 guys wearing Boks jerseys.

This 52 players picked story.
ABs have had an A side touring too. Building depth

Just seen the Welsh team for Saturday, they are going to struggle badly ... very badly! This could be a turning point for Welsh rugby, if the Aussies can put 50+ points on them then SA team could easily do much much more damage. I almost feel sorry for the ... nah feck'em and feck Gatland!

Missing the point a bit, Sardy. Rassie could've gone into every match stacked with his first choice players, no change in tactics, just moer every opponent stukkend. Instead he's used a large player pool and experimented with the tactics and style of play, he's changed things up nearly every test. And the Boks still have a really strong record this season. Without locking in a 30 man squad never mind the 23. The Boks have never done that before, don't follow the ABs closely enough to know if they have.
Posted before I think the Boks should have an A team, or just play the weaker test sides more. Take a larger squad on the EOYT and play some more tests against European non-6N sides, maybe an additional test in June against an African side. Not many extra tests would strengthen squad depth. But the experience from those matches playing in a weaker Bok side against a weak team, isn't as high quality as playing in the full test side.
Ackermann is heading back to SA as an SA U20 assistant coach. There's clearly building happening for 2028, again something I've never seen this far out.

Wales have not selected Wainwright and Anscombe in the 23. Maybe the best forward and back they have now. Sounds like both are fit.
Madness.

I really like Wainwright. Such a pity he's part of this purple patch Wales are going through. He still stands out as a good player.

Perhaps the current Africa Gold Cup champions, and unbeaten in 2024, the Zimbabwe Sables, would be a good match.

Peaked early before RWC qualification, strutting around after winning some friendlies.
