Why would you play the crap steroid monkey at 8 and the good steroid monkey at 4? The crap son should be on the bench at best with the good son starting in the backrow . He looks to be 30cm shorter than Lood.

14-0 to Sale

It's going to be a bloodbath.

Whenever some idiot questions Bristol's adherence to the salary cap, they should be presented with this team sheet. So many bargain basement squad players, especially in the pack.

Saracens seem to be doing ok with a team full of academy teenagers and championship players.

That'd be you exagerating again, both before and after the break in the season their teams have featured plenty of tier 1 internationals.

This Bristol team literally have Ben Earl who's anyone of note. Leuia and Siale Piutau are ok, but they're squad players who function well around better talents. They're not good enough to drag the team performance up. Malins is having a shocker by the way.

Quality of opposition has a bearing. This'll be close to a full strength Sale team. Maybe only Jono Ross missing really.

It wouldn't surprise me if the many Saracens players on loan don't perform anything like their Saracens standard.

The longer away the worse they'll get.

That was painful to watch. One side totally out muscled from start to finish. How many 1st teamers were missing for Bristol?

What like MoM Nick Isiekwe for Saints last weekend?

They've mostly been good so far, especially Earl and Spencer (pity he's permanently gone). The supplementary I added was that the longer they're away from the Saracens training group the worst their standard might become. However, relative to their new teammates, they still might be the best players in the team. That Saints match is actually a good example of this, it was a dreadful standard of play overall.
